If an item is faulty we will happily replace the item or refund the item’s value. Any refunds given will be for the item’s total value and will not include the initial postal charges.
Run Jump Splash Play may require proof of purchase for any return claim to be completed. In order to assess your refund or exchange claim, we may request additional information from you, such as photographs of the item, packaging or fitment. This information is used to enable us to reach a speedy resolution and understanding of the problem with the article in question. It also enables us to check our existing stock for faults so that other customers are not affected by any undetected manufacturing issues. Failure to provide such additional information requested may result in a slower processing of your claim.
If for some reason beyond our control you receive a damaged parcel (we take great care in carefully packaging our orders) please contact us so that we can discuss appropriate action.
